1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pay-Calc or any application published by Brightray Technologies LLC ("Brightray Technologies," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our apps.
These Terms of Service apply to all platforms on which Pay-Calc is available including Android, iOS, and Windows Desktop.
2. License Agreement (EULA)
Pay-Calc is licensed to you under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for apps downloaded from the Apple App Store. The standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of Pay-Calc on iOS and iPadOS.

Pay-Calc uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement. By downloading Pay-Calc from the App Store you agree to the terms of this agreement.

3. Pay-Calc Pro Subscription
Pay-Calc offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Pay-Calc Pro. The following terms apply to all Pay-Calc Pro subscriptions:

Free Trial: 7 days
Features Unlocked: Indie-Calc, Compare-Calc, and Biz-Calc calculators. Banner advertisements removed on Android and iOS.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
On Windows Desktop all Pay-Calc features are available at no charge. No subscription is required and no payment is collected on the Windows platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pay-Calc is provided for informational and estimation purposes only. Tax calculations and paycheck estimates produced by Pay-Calc are based on standard IRS withholding methods and published tax rates. These results are estimates only and may differ from your actual paycheck or tax obligation.
Brightray Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any calculation produced by Pay-Calc. Pay-Calc should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified tax professional, accountant, or financial advisor.
Tax laws change frequently. While Brightray Technologies reviews and updates tax rates annually we do not guarantee that all rates are current at the time of your use of the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Brightray Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pay-Calc or reliance on any calculation produced by the app.
Brightray Technologies' total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Pay-Calc shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
Pay-Calc and all content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by Brightray Technologies LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Pay-Calc or its content without prior written consent from Brightray Technologies LLC.
7. Privacy
Your use of Pay-Calc is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy at pay-calc.com/privacy to understand our data practices.
8. Changes to These Terms
Brightray Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through app store update notes or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pay-Calc after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pay-Calc shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
